That other thread said KoC are weak. Maybe in the higher levels, i don't know. In the 70s they are mighty overpowered. Doesn't matter if they can only get to 120. They are very overpowered at their levels.

ThePepsi said: " He can hit them twice." You can read, right? On your original post, it says PER HIT, & when I see that video, he hits 1.5k on Average on Cold Eyes PER HIT. Since those are weak to fire, you convert it to neutral damage, & that's 1k damage. If you mean in total, then he hits like 6k on neutral, 9k on Fire Weak.
