Who drops Emergency Rescue Tube?

I see many Emergency Rescue Tubes (ERT) on FM right now for cheap! Is it being dropped again during the summer drop event? If so,what monster drops it? And where did the holy summer drop topic go to? RIP

LMPQ gives them out as prizes and since it's so easy to finish fast, well you get a lot, plus I see people drop them around ludi lol, so that answers your question on who drops them.

I had like 10 from LMPQ and dropped them all cause they're trash.

I saw hackers in every Jr. Celion/../.. map awhile ago. They did nothing but hack ! Thus, a buttload of items and mesos were dropped by monsters and I was lucky enough to see a Rescue Tube being dropped by a monster. So, hackers in Orbis make those tubes deflate!
