If bishops deserved elemental enhancing weapons then they would of made some along with the elemental staffs/wands.

You still have your base magic attack, even without the wands boost. :3 Lawl, but I believe gene is good enough. Skele's are the popular place to train/leech, and they already have an advantage.

I think that a holy-elemental wand/staff set makes sense - Arch Mages are already more powerful overall without the elemental wands/staffs to enhance it further.

Arch mages arent invited to boss runs, bishops do the most damage for the cheapest cost to the best monsters that people train on now, they have enough power and opportunities

Nah. There's already an elemental boost from skelegons alone, and their extra support skills balance out the difference in power when compared to an archmage. On top of that, genesis is cheaper to use (cheaper than an archmage's ultimate, I mean), and it even has a higher base attack than the other two ultimates. A holy wand just seems unnecessary to me. edit: Should've put this in the mage section. They go absolutely insane over this stuff.
