Lately, my mouth feels dry. So I drink something, right? My mouth just soaks it up right away, and then my mouth is dry again. Does this happen to anybody else?

Have you been eating fried foods or any of that sort? o-o Eat lots of fruits and drink more water, ice cold water in a bottle works for me (nestea too).
