Can you only make 1 cygnus knight per parent character or can you make more than 1. For Example : can an adventurer be the parent character of 2 cygnus knights

It's only one per parent. If you want to make another Knight, just make one of your other characters a parent.

Do i make another character a parent by doing the Cygnus Book Quests? Do i have to do anything else after those 3?

Are cygnus knights able to equips common equips? for example a Dawn Warrior equipping a MS Shield?
