How bad/good will my EXP be if I start training at Red Wyverns at level 95 (Compared to DGPs, low 2x%/hr right now here)? My range will probably be around 11xx-28xx by then, and I'll only have level 15 Blizzard since I went CB first.

Like 15% an hour? And if so, what level should my Blizzard Charge be before I head off?
