Go to Kerning over by the taxi. There is an airline NPC there, talk to her to get your ticket to Singapore, talk to her again to get on the plane. Singapore is a pretty basic map, keep going right until you get to the map that has the exits at upper left and upper right, take the upper left. Say hello to the trucks
