I think is the best new nx item to ever be released into a GMS server. To be honest, its the best thing added since x2 cards. The vicious hammer will allow high level users to upgrade their gear further, without expending 300m-1bil just to gain a few attack power. Ex. My 13 atk scg is about 600m in scania, with the vicious hammer, I can bring it up to a 17 atk. That 17 atk scg, would cost clearly over 2bil. I not only just saved my self 1.4 bil in mesos, but I also managed to profit. This item is high level users best friend. The vicious hammer suits high scrolled items, near perfect items, or perfect items. As a downside, poorly or moderatly scrolled items will suffer. Those 6-9 atk wgs will most likely vanish from the fm. Good news is, that there will be no inflation, since it still takes luck to scroll, and it still costs the same to scroll a 17 atk scg. Discuss Poll Question: Vicious hammer; good or bad?

So pretty much now, if there are any perfect scrolled weapons out there, they won't be perfect scroll anymore, since you can get 2 more slots. Right?

No, they are still perfect, but they can be made more perfect. @selling 8 atk wg, its your choice. This is only my personal opinoin. You could hammer your 8 atk wg and increase it. @ inflation, So there are more 15 atk wgs. There are not enough right now, and it will drive the price down. Deflation will happen. It will be good when more people can afford a 15 atk wg, without having to spend a bil on the wg. @All, The hammer can be used on all equipment.

Actually, everything pretty much depends on the price of the Hammer. Well, it wont be that expensive, cause knowing Nexon they want to make as much as money as possible.

So can I just do this to a BWG? So, I have a clean BWG (7 slots) 100% all the slots=BWG 7 attack (0 slots) Use Viscous Hammer to get the extra slots added on to the BWG. Keep scrolling the BWG with 100% GFA scrolls till the attack will be 21. Result: 21 attack BWG Correct me if I'm wrong but for my analogy to work, I'm assuming you can use the Viscous Hammer thingy more than once on the same item.

You can only use the hammer twice on the same item

It can be used more than once, it can be used twice only. SO your analogy is incorrect; the end result would be a 9 attack wg.

Now think, if it's easier to get a 17 att work glove, then it'll be worth less. Of course, since it's still high attack it will still be worth a lot, but not as much as before the hammer came out.
