Gacha in any town is just a risky gamble, go to whichever town you feel more confident with, or you could even split half and half and one ticket leftover for choosing.

You won't get 1b anywhere with 25 tickets, unless you get an ele wand at NLC. Odds are you won't though.

I lol'd when you said where can i get 1b+. You have high expectation my friend. At Nlc my friend gached 70tix and got 50m. And guildmate tried 2 tix in Nlc and got 2 white scroll.. So Yeah all about luck.

I gached 35 tickets at NLC. I made 10mil from it all. I normally gach at zip; it's relatively low-risk (because you got a decent scroll or a good scroll half of the time) and whenever I'm in a cinch for mesos, that's where I go.
