He's lv 66 already, reg dex. He has a 8 atk wg, zhelm, and 2 atk 6 luk pac. I have 200mil to fund him. Remember, he's reg dex, so dex bss aren't needed. What should I buy? :o

stop adding dex. get him a good weapon? maybe get a luk shield?

A uber weapon, either a level 70 or a level 64 Dark Mate/Asura Dagger. Aside from that have fun. =)

" Well if I have 31 str(4 str base, 16 str zhelm, 1 str speilg neck), I wonder if I boost it up by 19 if it would give me less damage.
