Quitting a Family.

So me and my friend decided should be my junior, surprise surprise. However, we encountered a problem...how exactly can he quit his current family? Or is it permanent? Thanks in advance for any help.

i think u click on ursenior and click something i forgot what its called but i do know u need to click ur senior :P

That doesn't make sense maple should of just put in the extra 5 minutes to make a "leave family" button

Not the character. People are being too vague. Like Noamfer said. Open up your family pedigree (looks like family branches and such) and click on your seniors name it will ask if you'd like to sever ties with the family.
