The Bandit: How Common?

| Today I got into an argument with my friend over just how common or uncommon the Bandit is. He said the Bandit was one of the most common classes in the game, to which I replied it was one of the outcast classes that only a few people could master. I like the fact that, in my opinion, the Bandit is an uncommon class. We stick together and have skills that need to be utilized more. Bandits are underrated. How common do you think the Bandit is? (On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being: VERY uncommon, and 10 being: DOMINATING CLASS). Please answer honestly, and if the description in the answers below doesn't quite describe your choice accurately please describe why. *edit* In answer #3 it should be not very UNCOMMON at all, instead of common. My mistake. |

| Bandits are actually very common nowadays. At least 1/10 of the characters I see while walking around are Bandits- which is more than I can say 4 years ago when I only saw one bandit over a period of 4 months. |

BoT in 3rd Job Completely destroys L7 and Avenger BStep destroys...whatever non gimmicky mob skill Sins have in 4th job" Pretty much. Also, I have been seeing quite a few dits lately. Usually none past 50, all 30 - 40. |

I haven't seen very many shadowers come to think of it. Personally, I think bandits are a great class to play---it takes a lot of skill to be a strong bandit and the variety of skills you get are just great." thx for saying nice things about my class.^^ Shads are becoming pretty common. Ever since d khanjars became cheap and now that BS is faster bunch of dits have been popping up. |

 | I'm from '86. The people saying the Bandit class is struggling to survive and bound to disappear are talking nonsense. They're probably people who ditched their own CB. No, as long as I'm able to Maple there's going to be at least one Bandit class person. For the sake of Bandit dignity, my own gaming dignity and for the sake of my leisure I will not quit! Bandits were never really common. They weren't rare at some point either, namely right after the Third Job came out, but then they went on the decline. Now there are some more Shadowers on the way, but I noticed how they quit at level 128 en masse ; either because because their only goal was to get to Shadowerhood, OR because they were desillusioned. I think leeching may have to do with that a little, but I'm not sure. (I love my CB because I trained it by myself and it's taking years. I don't feel like I can just throw him away, besides, I won't want to) |

| i think low lvl dits are fairly common, especially around cpq lvls. But CBs are rarer and shadowers are ever more rare. This may be true of most classes, that higher lvls are more rare, but I think its especially true for CB/Shadowers. I loved being a dit cause we can solo very early, and if we are funded and inclined to, can use ME to solo anything even faster. Not to mention MG helps a lot. If i have a dk giving hb i have almost 6k hp and get half damage with mg. its awesome. oh and as shadower. <3 bs avoid and shifter. |
