How in the world do you get Time Leap? I killed Papulatus now I'm confused.... Where and how do I get Time Leap?

kill pap get key go talk to floaty guy in nautilus i think kill pap again go inside pap portal and u will be directed to some new map click flying pap then he sends you back to rolonay then you talk to him viola!

You don't need to kill Papulatus twice. After you have killed Papulatus and talked to Rolonay Just go to Ludibrium, go in the room where Papulatus is, go out and go back in again and you will see the Papulatus npc without killing him the second time. I'm guessing you have to do that on a seperate day though because of the 2 time a day limit, but I might be wrong about that.

I killed pap, no key dropped. I killed him twice infact. Am I supposed to complete the Demolition / other quests first?

I don't think you do, did you fully talk to Rolonay till he told u to get the key?

I just did it like this. Start Quest. Kill Pap. Get Key. Walk back to Nautilus Port. Talk to Roloney. Go back to Ludi. Enter Pap portal once, then leave. Go back in. Talk to NPC. Blah blah blah. And he sends you back to Nautilus Port and you can finish and get Time Leap. Im not sure if you have to kill a 2nd time, don't think so, but I did kill him. Paid my friend an apple. He could take down a 2nd one with the remaining time. And I just went back in and finished quest.
