Err what atk RK can I get with 1b-ish? And also should I buy before the patch or after the patch?

as everyone else is saying, its overpriced, at most i would pay 25k nx for it. the most any sane person should pay for it is 20k nx.

It's freaking godly, but you should just get a tube and wait it out until RK + Atk shield and the like.
