Which KoC hits higher?

By higher i mean which one does the most damage with no-some funding? I know i should pick a KoC that is fun. But how am i suppose to know which one is more fun if i have never played one? Thanks in advance

If you want to be strong and don't have any funds, Dexless NW. Pump all into luk, get a +10 dex overall, get all maple weapons for it. +7 100% them. And yeah, +70 extra points for being a KoC. The whole +6 ap thing. Yep.. :D My opinion.
