How do you get the toymaker cape, hat, and mace?

It was from a past event, a halloween one, when entering the Mansion required a NX item. I don't think you can get it anymore though

It was the Halloween event from 2 years ago when the Haunted Mansion was first released. You needed to buy nx halloween clothes in order to get into Mansion.

Halloween event, a while back. The event was removed once the mansion was released to the public, so there's a limited number of them remaining. Most of them are saved as collector's items or were scrolled, so their prices have increased over time.
