does Agent C's Titanium Receiver expire? and how do you get one? thanks in advance

It doesn't expire. To recieve one, you have to enter pq's and acquire a total of 100 intelligence documents. You turn 5 in at a time to Agent C. After you've turned in 100, you recieve the earrings.

u do pqs ( I did hpq) u collect the intelligence documents that monsters in pqs drop u trade in 5 at a time to agent c (located at end of pqs) and when u hand in 100 u get titanium recievers

no only pqs that hav Agent C at the end of the pq somewhere.
