You get them from Gach. I had several before, I'd say around the same price as 70% bottom scrolls so 5-6m.

Hmm they might be higher than 6mill and no way it is 20mill like that guy said above, not even glove attack 100% is that much. The ONLY scroll that's 100% at 20mill would be helmet dex and that's because easy way of getting dex on a zhelm without tking any chances at failure.
