What the hell is this, i wanted to go online, but it says thats its blocked tll 23 July 10 AM Nobod� knows my inlogname or password. Does someone know what this is? Is it a option because of a name change or?

It's a one-day ban. Log a ticket and hope you don't get an automated response.

The only reason i think is, or my name change, or about one smega. Some isreali dude, was smegaing that he sells meso/NX for real money for only israeli people. I smega'd : I didn't know people in isreal have money. As a joke. But yeah..

That's probably it right there. If someone tries to log in your account multiple times / try pin, you only get like a 30 minute ban.
