so, my old account was wrongfully banned after I tried coming back from leave from maplestory. my account wasn't used for around a year and a half or more. I have never attempted to hack since I started playing maplestory, and the only thing I could think of would be saying a few bad words, but I don't think that's worth a permanent ban. I just logged a ticket to answer your questions before they happen. so does anyone else have any idea of why this might have happened? any and all help would be nice, thank you very kindly.

This happened to me twice, "WhiteKnuckle" is currently not on rankings for the second time, and it's really starting to piss me off that they don't read my tickets.

I got banned for a month. I wrote an essay for my log ticket. I got it back on the 3rd day of the ban ;o

Look WhiteKnuckle up right now, it's still banned. The second one was just a couple days ago, and it seems to happen to a lot of people at once every so often. I sent in a ticket and they didn't even read the one for the first ban.
