Alright guys, my brawler (level 29 now) has 29 base dex so he's regular dex build. I am thinking about leaving my dex at 30 and dumping rest into str. Now I would like to buy a dex robe but I am very unfunded and could probably only afford to get a +10dex robe. Is it worth it?

For the time being, yeah. However you'll need around 325M to wear the lvl 90 Knuckle if you have 30 base dex.

Alright thanks =D Eh i dunno, I highly doubt I will be able to make it to level 70 xD I also highly doubt I will reach 325M.
