i was wondering is ti just me or is it happening to everyone? and if its not a glitch can anyone tell me how to do the quest. Info: once u talk to shawn to open the quest, he says talk to him again to enter the map to find the box but once u talk to him he doesnt let u inside the map=/

That's probably the use for that weird portal at the excavation site. It says you can't enter if you didn't get Shawn's request.
