adds bonus stats of course I saw someone in bello with it and he told me it adds some speed and jump? not sure tho

smiling has speed, sad has jump (not sure) angry gives acc or avoid and crying gives also acc or avoid.

I've been searching too. So far, the most constant answer I've seen is perion but there is no proof.
