Sam Raimi to Direct World of Warcraft Movie

http://www.slashfilm.com/2009/07/21/sam-raimi-to-direct-world-of-warcraft-movie/ Sam Raimi, director of Evil Dead, Army of Darkness, the Spider-Man films, has signed on to direct a big screen adaptation of World of Warcraft, Blizzard Entertainment�s massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). The scoop was first reported by AICN and later confirmed by Variety, who also reports that The Dark Knight producer Charles Roven is also on board. The current plan is for Raimi to supervise the development of the movie and to begin production after Spider-Man 4.

Well it'll probably look good visuall but I think the spiderman movies are real bad So I don't know what to expect

I don't have a bit of interest in the WoW games, so a movie isn't going to drag me in. And plus, all the live action (or animes/mangas) made from games suck. For example, the maplestory anime...there's probably only 10 people who watch it. And the LoZ manga was nothing compared to the games...nothing.

Its going to be good, look at the wow short movies about expansions they made so far, They have a PLOT , unlike this stupid game, they can easily make a movie.

It will bomb except for maybe the opening day. They would be smart to make it 3-D.
