Help with Deputy Star Quest?

I am planning on getting the deputy star, are these all the quests you have to do? :- -Cleaning up the streets [ Kill 200 Electrophants and Gryphons] <--- Done -The Soiled Rags Quest [ Get 30 soiled rags from Elder Wraiths] <--- Done -Jack O' Lantern Quest [ Get the Jack O' Lantern from Headless Horseman] -Catching a Bigfoot by its toe [ Get a Bigfoot's toe] Can my level 84 hermit currently solo HH for the Jack O' Lantern? If so, in how long? And how many pots do I have to bring? Also, how do I purchase a Bigfoot toe?

Well you are also missing Fools Gold. But uh... with HH I honestly have no idea, and for the toe you would buy pretty much bigfoot leech until it dropped. Or you can have a guildie/friend help you get it.

Pay someone to kill Bigfoot for you. You need to do that quest where you get 30 lucky-charms too.

I think you need to do the leprechaun quest as well, in which you need to get 30 lucky charms.

Ok, does anyone know how often HH spawns? Cause finding one is a real pain.

Hh spawns every 6 hrs i found 3 and gave me no heads

HH isn't that tough, as long as you stay out of his m. atk range, his KB is only 1.5k dmg. Which is nearly nothing. I can KB HH. So you should be able to with crit. Have fun with BF though. A person i know killed 7-8 and didn't get a toe.

I kill hermits daily while HH hunting and they try to ks me, so don't try to ks on things that you die in one hit on.

You don't need to do those quests.. the quest you did are to get your big blue chair.. you only need 4 quests: *start the quest called Bounty Hunter (Level 40) -do Fool's Gold (level 40) (you need lucky charms x 30) -do Rags to Riches (Level 70) (you need soiled rags x 30) -do One Step A-Head (Level 75) (you need one HH head) -do Catch a Bigfoot by the Toe (Level 80) (you need one big foot toe) So.. essentially you can't finish this quest and get your dep. star until level 80.
