Nightwalker Effectiveness

I've been wondering, how much more effective Nightwalkers are compared to Adventurer Dexless/Low-Dex sins. Nightwalkers are capable of having the same Luk as a dexless sin, without having to be dexless (5 luk, 1 dex per lvl) But, how much more better is this than an adventurer dexless, which is 5 luk per lvl. Is the one dex going to help that much? On another note, is it worth transfering all my equips/stars from my lvl25 low dex sin (whom I barely play because my friend added 5 dex behind my back, so now im 30 dex) to a nightwalker?

wanna know something KoC cant level past lv120 so they will be as good as a NL. So, they can only become as good as a lv130-140 NL that probably be about it.

Well imma choose a NW, neva made it to 4th job, so itll be perfect More stats, Weeeee Flash jump 2nd job (no boring XD) Like Eneko said, lvl120 is compared to 130-140 is still dam impressive
