Does EleStaff Add 25% boost?

| hey guys. My bud told me that the elestaffs do not add a 25% boost to its stat. Is this true? Also, how much do they cost, and how hard are they to find? And based on the decisions, should I get an elewand or an elestaff? The level 70 elewand and 103 elestaff. Help Please |

| they give a elemental boost if u have the corresponding elestaff with you job. for example, im pretty sure for u being an i/l, ull want an elestaff 2 for da boost because dat staff is for lighting. they are not dat hard to find either. Elestaffs 1-4 are around 100m. |
