Can't charge NX card?

Hello, I had just bought a 25,000 NX Card this month, and I cannot seem to charge it on the Nexon website, it is repeatedly saying that I have entered an Invalid code. (Ive done it several, if not hundreds of times). Yes, I have checked the reciept and it has said that the Nexon Card has been activated. So is their a solution to this problem, or do I have to log a lame ticket and do all that crap? And just wondering, has this ever happened to any of you?

check if the serial code matches. if it doesnt, the cashier activated the wrong one. i had to go back and forth 4 times from queens to manhattan cuz this happened to me...

It's either the card or the came. This happened to me once long ago; I went back to Target and traded it in for another card.

Daaang, I hope they fix this in the server check tomrrow. The thing is I bought 100knx (4 25k Cards) with gift cards. And they all say Activated, So it doesn't matter which one I test out.

All the O's or 0's are all Zeroes. They never use the letter o in the code for the sake of confusion. But if otherwise, you might notice that letters are slightly smaller than numbers. I really hope this helps.

When you were at the register, try to remember if they: ~scanned the barcode ~scanned it through the activation thing ~made you pay for it If they did all that, write them a ticket yeah lol.
