Which class has the highest DPM?

Corsairs have the highest DPM, but NL/BM got pretty much the same damage in a realistic situation (since corsair's ship is annonying -.-)

To TS: Corsairs might have awesome damage once you make it to fourth job, but you won't like the road to getting there if you can't take 70-some levels of being the weakest character around. It takes a lot of patience. Play a Slinger for the fun, not the damage.

Solo, Corsairs make NLs look like trash. With SE and Apple gives NLs a really big boost. At that point, Corsairs still have a higher DPM, but you have to take into account how long the Corsair is in the ship opposed to how long he is off the ship. Also how many times the corsair has to reposition. According to the DPS Chart said earlier (with Apple and SE) a Corsairs DPM off of ship is 158165 and on ship is 265651. An NLs DPM is 221336. Meaning if the Corsair is on the ship half of the time his DPM would be theoretically 211863. The Corsair should be on his ship way more than half of the time he is fighting. This should mean his theoretical DPM calculated on and off the ship should be higher than NLs. Of course the number varies depending on the time on the ship. After that you take into account the fact that NLs have much higher avoid, increasing their DPM. What is needed is for someone to calculate how many times Corsairs get hit opposed to NLs. This is because if you don't get hit, it allows for more attacks to be used and you don't need to move to your position. The DPM battle should be decided on whether the amount of times the Corsair gets hit is enough to allow the NL to create more damage.
