Prequest for cygnus

Is there a quest that you have to do now on your main before you can get a cygnus knight? And if there is please explain what i have to do.

Besides, it's just to give you basic information about KoC and the NPC's, including the process of making one.

The day that the patch ends and you log into the game on whatever character you desire to create your Cygnus character with, you will get the Knights of Cygnus movie in-game and then will be asked to accept NineHeart's 'quest' to become a Cygnus Knight. When you click 'accept,' you will be warp to Ereve and once there, you will be able to talk to NineHeart and create your Cygnus character. There are no prerequisites besides the level 20 or higher requirement to make a Cygnus Knight.
