Your drawing needs to include the inspiration. For example, if it's a drawing of someone's avatar, include that avatar in the pic as well so people can see. You need to put the picture of the avatar you drew is what "inspiration" means.

I guess try making the avatar in BannedStory and pasting it on the picture. Mr Basil tends to change his mind randomly. Only thing to do is adjust to his always changing requirements.

I never really submitted before but I know he probably wont accept the picture until you recreate the picture as a Maple avatar first. Shouldn't be too hard.

We have many theories. The one with the most evidence is that Mr. Basil has a trained monkey. This monkey throws darts at a dart board, if the green dart hits your screen, it is front paged, if a yellow dart hits your screen, it is accepted, and if a red dart hits your screen it is rejected. .. In all seriousness, it's probably because your accepted screen looks really really awesome, and your rejected one is slightly less awesome. Really awesome screens get to bypass the inspiration, perhaps?
