How do u get skill Maker?

How can someone get the skill Maker, i hear its a really good skill in which u can enhance ores or crystals and then enhance ur equips using those ores/crystals

The quest sequence will start in Magatia once the maker skill is released. From what I've read, there are multiple steps to the quest which are required to raise the skill level (and the level of the items you can make). It should be out soon (since we have most of the items you'd use to make items). I personally hope it will be released with Knights of Cygnus however it probably will be delayed until later in the summer. Start stocking up on ores/jewels now though.

right now, the maker skill won't make gachapon-only items but they may be added in someday.... so the short answer: when they drop from a monster...maybe....
