How does a Night Walker's Vampire work?

I heard it does 30% damage 4 times and drains 10% of the damage. I also heard it does only 30% damage and has a 10% chance of working. Now I'm not sure how it works. I'd also like to know if criticals are applied to Vampire and Storm Breath since they are not really arrow or star based. Thanks. This isn't really necessary but what is trolling o.O?

criticals are applied to vampire. they do hit 4 time, and i think its a % chance of working... since in the videos i watched, the hp wasn't always leeched. it also drains a % of the damage though. Btw, when vampire does drain, it shows an ovalish thing leaving the creature.
