Well I got hacked the other day. Lost my password and contact email. I gave the retards my proof of ownership to some of the games, they disable it. I log a ticket so they can change the stuff. ZERO****ING HELP! What do I do? Help...

Provide proper information. My account was taken as well. After providing proof of ownership, my account was returned to me within the hour. Steam's technical support is exemplar; the best I've seen.

No. It was random. Oh and I'm screw'd cause I can't log onto the haxed account on steam support. So I have to use another and I can't truly verify it.

Fretting about it isn't going to force them to reply. They're busy enough with all the other users in the world who are having problems as well. So don't think you're the only one. Be patient.
