I was just wondering for future reference. Also I put rangers/bowmasters because people might start at like level 110. Also I was wondering if Z runs are set up by organization or do you just stand somewhere and say "J<Z Run" (The last question is ridiculous but I am just wondering if there is a place to Say that..)

You usually get recruited once you have max SE, and it's by organization.. I can't possibly imagine how hard a zrun started by a bunch of randoms in nath would fail
