Why your class?

Hi everyone, I've always been interested as to why certain people choose certain classes. Are the motivations mostly monetary or do they have a deep meaning. In my case, you may find this weird, but because I am a coxswain for crew and my main job is a support/cadence setter, I see a cleric as a great exemplification of that and that is why im focusing on my cleric :D. ANyone else?

I thought assassins were cool. And after getting used to haste it was hard for me to play any other class.

back in late late 2005 when i made my dexless it was still kinda "crazy" and "experimental" after i met a guy named BlueDesire doing 2.5k at level 50 (which in 2005 was awesome) and started then a few months later loads of them popped up and continue to to this day

My spearman was my first class to EVER get above lvl 45, and so he is special. I quit him for awhile and made a Priest, but now I'm back with it and hope to get Dragon Knight before KoC comes out.
