Error charging NX cash with Visa gift card

I've made a paypal account, set up the card, but whenever I try to charge, I get this error: "The transaction process could not be completed. Please re-check your billing information and make sure that all the required fields are filled in correctly. Error" But all of my info is correct, etc. What can I do to fix this problem?

no fixing .. paypal is down for all who's not from america and idk for sure about america maybe it's down for all./..

She put everything in already its just that maybe you dont have enough inside the card the transaction fee is 1$ and the site is USD but the card is CAD

Giftcard is NOT a credit card. Basically paypal takes the money directly from you bank acc, but gift cards are prepaid...cards O.o thier value=w/e money is on it. Next time ask for cash ;)

ok i do this too. you have to go to the visa giftcard website and register your card. if you dont do this then it won't work online. they ask for your address and phone # and stuff but they never send or call u.
