Is Soul Blade 180% or 220% when maxed?

I've read a couple of guides, and a lot of them seem to say that it does 180% when maxed. But Isaac and Ayumilove's skill info both say 220%. However, Ayumilove also says that it hits 3 monsters at max, so I'm not really sure its trustworthy.

Ayumilove's site is older and somewhat out of date/wrong, shes the only one who says 220% to 5 monsters everywhere else that i have checked says 180% to 5 monsters

I think it's 180%. BTW, Ayumilove = pretty bad source, lots of old info.
