Lowest level you've seen with a quest specialist medal

Title says it all 743 so far

After several years of playing, I just learned there are "hidden quest chains" that you start by clicking on random things around the Maple world.. duh. I never knew about those, so that will add a few more possible to my total. I forget how many my main character has now, but I've been going back and finishing up all the ones I skipped over previously and it still looks like it's going to be tough to get to 800. Oh... something I didn't think of in time to actually check out yet... do "repeatable" quests count multiple times, or just once..?

Theres a handful of those so far that come to mind each with 2-3 'quests' in them. So thats a potential maybe 10-20 quests you couldve missed out on. Quests that came to mind. Manji and the secret group lv 20 and below only. Think theres 2 quests from this. All the kill 99, 999 quests now have level caps. Potential 11 quests all up. Mirawaka or w/e her name is in showa has 2 or 3 quests tied to her for 40 and below only. Theres another one but I cant remember what it is at the moment so i'll check later.

I've seen an upper 8x. My friend is a lower 8x and she has like 700 / 800 so far. She's been trying hard :o gained like 200.
