Is this good exp for a 96 outlaw? I also heard they drop the lv 90 bullet.

To train at Memory Lane as an Outlaw would probably either burn pots with Flamethrower or about the same as Stormbreakers if you just spam Burst Fire. You really have to be able to kill the monsters before they can shoot you. I think Memory Guardians would be decent training at 9x. I found a Shiny bullet there while doing the 999 quest. Regret sucks for Outlaws and Corsairs, so the next good TT training spot is way off at Oblivion Oracles >_>

Efer, couldn't you freeze the monsters? The ones at Memory Lane ^^.

And yes, monsters at Memory Lane 1 can be frozen, and I throw in Gav in from time to time. Only when there are monsters in front of me, cause the bird's not the brightest egg in the nest. :P
