Try soloing those Night Shadows in CWK castle, top left room i believe, or even Himes if you have good speed.

Elder wraiths/Himes/Nightshadows I suggest himes with a priest, if you can. If not go with Nightshadows.

From a raw EXP standpoint, Himes all the way. If you're looking for arugably the best exp/profitability ratio available(and have patience/ a store permit), give Elderwraiths a try.
