Will it be over-powered?

Is outlaw lvl 75 over-powered? And how is its dmg with burst fire?

I'm lvl 75 outlaw and the highest I've seen with one bullet burst fire is 2.9k so times 3 = 8.7k? I wouldn't call the overpowered. And I've NEVER hit 2.9k X 3 in a row.

At level 75 you will have not yet maxed out burst (level 77 is earliest that happens), which is your main attacking skill. Are they overpowered? No. Do they finally stop doing low, sucky damage and fight on par with other classes like sins and archers? Yes. An unfunded outlaw at 75 does about 1k per shot of burst, so 3k per attack roughly. And it goes up from there with varying levels of funding. I've seen a level 74 outlaw do 2-2.3k per burst shot, so that's 6-6.9k per attack. It won't make you the most powerful mid-70's character to ever walk the maple world, but it'll help dissuade some obnoxious dexless sins from KSing you.

Just got 120 today, and torp already on level 1 does well over 10k, same with airstrike.
