Should we start making our KoC characters to level 20 soon?

...you don't need to make a lvl 20........................ after the patch they will say if u want to make a koc, then u just make one. but u got to have a 20+ parent

Your hunter is already 20+, you create a noblesse using your hunter by speaking to the Tactition in Ereve, a character creation desplay will appear. Go check vids, youtube is there for a reason too, no matter how whack people's comments are...
