How to get Titanium Receiver (perma earring)

Uhm well the title basically says it. I already got the 100 int docvments but idk why, evrytime I talk to the NPC outside the pq it keeps giving me the old receiver... If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it a lot. Thx! NiCo

You got 100, now keep getting the old ones until you've handed in all 100.

u should get the perma receiver after turning in 100... hmm I had no problem with this agent quest. So perhaps u accidently threw out ur perma receiver when u thought it was a old receiver.

You give in 5 intelligence docs everytime for every 5 you give in gets you the old on wen you do it the 20th time it's the titanium reciever, hope this helps.

The titanium one clean gives 2+ luk and 2+ dex and the old ones give u 2+ luk or 2+ dex one of each or it can give nothing sometimes, correct me if I'm wrong?

After every 100, you will get a Titanium Reciever. (Note, you have to turn in all 100, in sets of 5. Just drop them until you get to the last few, and make sure it's an Old one, rather than Titanium before you drop) I had no problems with this quest. If anyone in Bera wants help with the quest, I'll be glad to run through Henesys PQ with you and get them.
