Where to find a guide on how to getting them+locations?

Agent overall = Cassandras quiz. 100 point in a day = Parachute suit. Invincible(lvl30) = Get 50/50. Ultimate = get 1000 total Glove = Turn in 100 agent badges (found in mini dungeon) Reciever (earing) = Turn in 100 intelligence documents (PQ obtained) Reciever (hat) get 1000 points in Boss PQ (talk to Gaga to enter) and turn in points to agent Meow. Agent Cape = Go to agent HQ and talk to Agent P (No requirement, free) Permanent agent shoes are rewarded when you get all of the above xD

to get to hq, talk to agent E HPQ, KPQ, LPQ, EPQ, PPQ, OPQ, MPQ, CWKPQ (not sure) drop the documents
