^^As title says^^ Points to consider 1. didnt max MAX MP increasing untill late 20s 2. Has 30 DEX 3. Has 30 STR (Don't ask me how) 4. Went for HP over INT So should I restart?

yes, and lvl 45 isn't that hard to get. So i would just restart.

I would say yes. It doesn't take that long to level if you play more then 2 hours. Every weekend. In a week I got up to lvl 30 something.

Level 45 only takes about a week to get to, level 30 in 2 days

In the end, nothing really matters. If you got genesis and enough mp to spam and some what decent weapons, you will 1hko or 2hko pretty much everything... but this is not gonna happen in a looong time.. Since your level is not that high, yes, I think it's best to restart a character.

if he spends ages to get from 20-24 i think he's a lost cause.
