If you're a newbie, then you don't wanna spend too much money on a guitar. Start with a Yamaha.

ASK XTESY. I've always liked Takamines. Make sure you get a cutaway, so you can actually make use of the frets near the body. Get several picks, and a tuner. You should be set.

Just buy a basic one. Don't buy like 300 dollar acoustic. Just start of with one thats like 110.

Go to a music store, test some out some guitars, doesn't matter if you can't play well (or bring along somebody who can play it helps allot) see what feels best keep in mind a budget That's the best way there is imo all guitars are unique so it's best to test them live =)

You can't go wrong with Yamaha. But don't spend too much for your first ''test'' guitar (unless you're rich O___O)

FENDER. /spouting random guitar brands. Well, just get an inexpensive guitar to learn I suppose.

Start with a cheap guitar and amp, and work your way up to something better, that's what I did. I played a cheap no-brand guitar and amp that cost 100$ combined for 3 years before getting my Ibanez and Line 6
