Sorry i dont really know what its called, the ones that have hermit skills. anyway i heard they get Thriple throw at 3rd job so would they need Skill books 10,20,30 to unlock it or it'll already have lvl30 mastery?

they have the mastery max and sadly since its 3rd job it makes at 20 and you obtain it with a quest at lvl 100
