you said cowtongue is wierd but it is actually a really common food. im russian and a lot of russians eat a lot of cow tongue. i usually eat cow tongue like maybe once a week, my mom makes it herself. i love cowtongue sandwhichs with some russian horseradish. The wierdest food i have ever eaten was actually lamb brain. it was okay, it was kinda mushy.

Sharkfin, dog, frog, turtle, cat food, various parts of the pig/cow. We Asians eat everything.
