Character Level Won't Update

| I went to my Basil ID page, changed my character's level to 61, which it now is, but it won't change. It stays at 59. How can I fix this? |

I was level 25 and i didnt change it. I tried to change it but it took me to level 24. the rankings on gms also had level 24 |

| You are supposed to update it yourself. The self update thing didn't last long. We're back on the old system where you have to update everything yourself. |
